Calendar FreeUp provides analytics and productivity tools to help users manage their calendar events. We do not guarantee specific time savings or monetary results, as these depend on user actions.

You grant Calendar FreeUp permission to access, read, and modify your text-based calendar data for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain full ownership of your calendar data. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google or Microsoft account settings.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Calendar FreeUp and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Calendar FreeUp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
